Our use of plastic

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we should like to encourage everyone who uses the Friends Meeting House to find ways of avoiding the creation of plastic waste. So please consider your use of plastic, particularly single-use plastic. For example: is it really necessary to use bottled water when there is free tap water available in the kitchen? Are single use containers really needed for food? Are you making maximum use of the crockery, cutlery and glasses that are available in the kitchen for hirers?
